In today's increasingly competitive and internationally interconnected world more is needed of aspiring leaders than management skills.

Management skills can be bought in easily by an employer. But good leadership abilites are much rarer and are consequently valued much more highly.

This programme equips participants with an essential understanding of what it means to be a good leader - above and beyond pure management skills - through the medium of case studies and role-playing.
Participants can expect to be challenged to think about critical situations a leader has to face, the consequences of their course of actions, and the decision making process of a good leader.

The programme is designed to improve awareness of essential traits of the most successful leaders in the world.

Dates and fees?
The programme fee is £3599. VAT is included in the price.
The fee includes all instruction, materials and service costs as well as a black tie dinner at the end of the programme.
Travel and accommodation are not included.
Preferential rates are available for group bookings as well as members of the University of Cambridge and members of the Quintus of Cambridge foundation for continuous learning.
